Return Policy

 

F2R RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY 

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. For this reason, F2R has a 30-day unconditional return/exchange policy on all items. The following conditions apply to all returns (**please see additional conditions on wetsuit returns/exchanges):
 

·        All items must be returned within 30 days in unused condition with all packaging material and tags. Items that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please call customer service at  1-800-677-9348 if your product has a manufacturer defect for instructions on fixing the problem.
 

·        Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
 

·        Shipping charges are not refundable.
 

·        We will credit your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
 

·        All items being sent out on an exchange will be sent via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made.
 

·        There will be no returns allowed on Clearance Items
 

**Wetsuit Return/Exchange Policy  

We guarantee our wetsuit products and their fit. If your suit does not fit or if you have a wetsuit issue, please email support@f2r.com or call 1-800-677-9348.
 

·        All wetsuits must be returned within 30 days in unused condition with all packaging material and tags.
 

·        If you are not satisfied with our wetsuit’s performance, please let us know within 14 days after receipt of item so that we may issue an RA# for your return. Wetsuits that are returned in used condition will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please call customer service at  1-800-677-9348 if your product has a manufacturer defect for instructions on fixing the problem. 

·        Wetsuits have a 3-Year warranty from date of purchase.  

·        Clearance wetsuit models purchases are final.  If a warranty needs to be fulfilled we will credit your suit towards the purchase of a new Sockeye. Fingernail tears and cuts are not covered in the F2R warranty, but for our wetsuit customers we will repair most minor cuts and tears free of charge (shipping not included).  
 

  Instructions for processing a return:  

  • Contact F2R at 1-800-677-9348 within the timeframe specified for your specific item to request a Return/Exchange Authorization # and form. Returns without an REA # will not be accepted.
     
  • Complete the Return/Exchange form provided from F2R customer support.
     
  • Box items securely with durable packaging material. Insure that items will not be damaged in return trip.
